Domestic Shipping (United States)


  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12 PM PT on Fridays or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery:
    • Standard Shipping: $5.95 flat rate. Delivery in 3–7 business days via USPS/FedEx.
    • Expedited Shipping: $12.95. Delivery in 1–3 business days via UPS/FedEx Express.
    • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous U.S.

  • Tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order ships. Track your package via the carrier’s website or our Order Status portal.
  • Order Updates: Notify us immediately of any address changes via [email protected]. We are not liable for undeliverable packages due to incorrect address information.

International Shipping


  • Destinations: We ship to 180+ countries worldwide. Rates vary by destination and weight.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen carrier (DHL/UPS/USPS).
  • Delivery Times:
    • Standard International: 7–14 business days.
    • Express International: 3–5 business days.

  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are payable upon delivery.

Returns Policy


Return Eligibility


  • Timeframe: Unwanted items can be returned within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be:
    • Unworn, unused, and in original condition (including tags, labels, and hygiene seals).
    • Returned in original packaging (e.g., shoe boxes must be intact).

  • Exceptions:
    • Non-Returnable Items: Beauty products (opened), underwear, swimwear, pierced jewelry, face masks, personalized items, and final sale items.
    • Faulty/Incorrect Items: Contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery for assistance.


Return Process


  1. Initiate a Return:
    • Log into your account and visit My Orders.
    • Select the order you wish to return and click Create Return.
    • Choose your preferred return method:
      • Free Return Shipping Label: Print a pre-paid label and drop off at a USPS/FedEx location.
      • In-Store Drop-off: Return to any of our U.S. retail locations (if applicable).


  2. Packaging:
    • Secure the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories.
    • Affix the return label to the outside of the package.

  3. Ship Your Return:
    • For U.S. returns: Drop off at a carrier location or schedule a pickup.
    • For international returns: Follow the instructions in your return confirmation email.


Refund Timeline


  • Processing: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
  • Store Credit Option: Opt for store credit to receive a 5% bonus on your next purchase.

Responsibility & Fraud Prevention


  • Liability: Items remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and retaining proof of postage.
  • Fraudulent Activity: Returns suspected of abuse (e.g., excessive returns, worn items) may be denied, and accounts may be blocked.

Exchanges


  • No Direct Exchanges: Place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund.
